Returns and Exchanges
Return anything that doesn’t meet your expectations.
Sometimes you need to return an item. It happens. Here’s what you need to know about returns and exchanges.
1. Call Us Within 30 Days
Call our customer service team within 30 days to process your return. We’ll work with you to arrange your return within 48 hours. All returns must be authorized by our team.
2. Repack Your Return
Carefully repack the unused, undamaged, and saleable items in the original packaging. Please include your invoice, and prepay, insure, and track your return package.
3. Crediting Your Account
We’ll inspect the product to ensure it is in original condition and packaging. Once approved, we’ll issue a refund to the original credit card within 7 days.
*All clearance sales are final. Only damaged or defective clearance and customized products may be returned. Any clearance item may have minor cosmetic damage.
*For safety reasons, we cannot accept used items.

If your products are damaged, let us know right away. Justrite products are covered by a Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase for a certain length of time. This limited warranty extends only to the original customer, so proof of purchase is required.
1. Report the Damage
Call our customer service team within 30 days to initiate a damaged goods’ return. We’ll have your return started within 48 hours.
2. Review the Terms
Please review the warranty terms, and include the invoice and RGA form in your return package. We ask you to prepay, insure, and track your return shipment.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Please prepay any shipping and handling charges. We will refund your shipping and handling fees once the product is determined to be defective.
*For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used items.
